As promised, here is [@Breadngames]' character. He doesn't have access to a proper PC and typed most of this in mobile on point form, so I'm expanding it for him. He'll probably work on it once he gets on a computer.

Psychological Analysis:

"No God, No King, No Master" 

Saito used to be a humanitarian, dour and serious. His disillusionment with the armed forces resulted in his early discharge. The loss of his aunt, his only parental figure, in the clinic massacre led to him losing all his familial and ancestral ties to his homeland, at the same time causing him to forswear his Hippocratic oath and sense of idealism. Now he copes by being sarcastic,cynical and jokes. 

He hates random murder, loves idealistic fiction and enjoys mocking real-life idealism/values.
 
Employment Record: 

Saito joined the military as soon as he was able, enlisting with the pararescue unit as a medical specialist. While a capable medic, life in the military and his experience there caused him to grow disillusioned with the military. It showed in his attitude and work, and eventually led to an early discharge. Though no longer a soldier, Saito used his training to set up a clinic and continued to serve the community with his expertise.

One night, however, a group of Ronin broke into the clinic. They were hired to silence a witness that had been seeking medical attention and was due to testify against their client's crimes. The Ronin killed indiscriminately, cutting down all the staff and patients in their path in order to get to the HVI. Saito leapt into action, his background as a soldier giving him the skills he needed to kill one of the Ronin. His partner, however, managed to incapacitate Saito and would have killed him, were it not for a second group of Ronin who came in just in time to secure the witness and thwart the attack.

Saito's aunt was there that night and died in the attack. She was the only family he had, and her death hit him hard. He took it upon himself to hunt down the last Ronin responsible for the massacre at the clinic, as well as their employer. Saito became a Ronin himself, breaking his Hippocratic oath in the process.

Enhancement: 

A-grade right arm (10,000) - Saito lost his arm during the attack on the clinic. His new arm stabilizes itself during trauma care, absorbs recoil from his assault rifle, and has a built in defibrillator.
