I thought about addressing the BRICS in my talk with Dmitry and Vladimir, but I decided that not mentioning it would be better.
Besides, if I were to invite Brazil into my Moscow Pact you could end up with the US getting angered because they would have a large enemy in the Americas. I want to scare NATO, not start a war with it (Yet)

Both are still going on, along with Boko Haram and the other rebel groups all around the world occupying territory.
