Might need [@Firetigress3] approval on what elves are like. Wouldn't want there to be disagreements, so if there's a problem between the two of your perceptions work it out. You halberd seems to be a much worse version of the Sword of Celakor and you may desire something more unique. Depending on how aging works 20 year old Galather may be more like an infant than a young man.
Not sure on how to incorporate him into the story, but I assume you have ideas so I can accept him if Firetigress3 has no issues with your lore on elves.
