Elliot listened to Floras advice on buffs eagerly, trying to absorb all the knowledge he could from his new mentor. Flora continued to go on about getting his phone number, which Elliot thought would be a good idea in case he needed any help. [i]Let’s try and not forget about getting his number.[/i] The gym leader, David, proposed a battle between himself and Flora which Elliot couldn’t wait to see. He believed that this would be a great battle, seeing that they were both experienced trainers. David unleashed a big looking toad that Elliot had never seen before. He checked on his dex to find out that it was called Politoad and it was an evolution of a Poliwhirl. 

Elliot casually walked over next to Ray and asked, “So who do you reckons going to win?” His Squirtle was still being carried looking quite comfortable.
