I have a question. I have had an idea for quite some time regarding another cryo vault elsewhere. The character would technically be a vault dweller but in fact a.. Soldier that was tested on to have superior abilities.

His major flaw is that he is trying to find his humanity in a world somewhat devoid of it. I'm not saying a captain america or anything and he would abide by the special system (you'll see his traits reflect his condition.)

I was just wondering if a character with a back story such as this would be permitted. (I don't want to waste your time and mine writing a character that wont fit in.)
