Posting: 1-2 times a day, several paragraphs
Plays: Women, Men, NPCs
Age: mid-20's, and please only responses from those ages 20+
Where: In Forum, for the sake of organization
Premise: A cult looks for followers in the heart of an All-American town
I am looking for a partner to interact with in creative-writing. I am a flexible person up for a love of new ideas and twists, even ones that sacrifice political correctness on behalf of a good ol' read and a good ol' need for momentum. I just want to be entertained and dramatic just like the next person; sorry, I know, how predictable.
That being explained, I am looking for someone who may have the same desires in topics to float around inside of this role-play world we create...
- cult/group terror/group pact
- hallucinogenics/drug use
- rituals/sacrifice/violence/suicide
- mental illness/abuse/rehabilitation
- demon/monster summons/night terrors/curses/enchantments/ghosts
- blood/guts/murder/fights
- life/death/afterlife/resurrection
- symbols/tarot/magic/craft/icons/clues
(I think you can kind of see where I am heading with this. I had in mind a folklore or supernatural setting.)
I would prefer this story to be in a modern setting, personally. I am open to doing a little bit of research for the sake of a story as well, especially if say, you bring in a mythical creature or the presence of Cthulhu. That way we are both kind of on the same page. But like I said, I am really flexible to taking things as they come.
I feel like this is kind of an intense sort of subject. If you only feel 50/50 on this idea or my posting speed, I suggest it is probably not in your best interest to agree on this. If you feel something that personally draws you to these topics, I hope I can get you to post "dibs" on this. I hope you are very open to playing several people at once. In all honestly, we can talk about where to start the story and make some rough character skeletons to get started. I was kind of imagining that it begins in a night club and that's where the leaders are lurking to pluck out recruits. If you are interested, please give an open response to further discuss what would be your own desires in playing this idea out. What would be your expectations or what would you like to focus on first with this frame of reference?
Thank you for reading this topic,
Blu
