From when the plot actually begins, there isn't a specific posting order, nor is there a limit to how often you can post in-between plot-movements. If you're having a quick conversation or you need input on an action/question collaborations are great. Sometimes it isn't important enough to warrant another post. It may become more vital for fighting if people are in the same proximity.
