I more or less copypasted this from one of my previous NRPs but I feel a few things may be OP. If not then it's alright but it's better if I give a heads up.
Anyone who read my profile recently, if you feel pressed to some kind of unwanted arms race after reading my faction's tech then we can talk this out. I don't wish to hurt your creative freedom.
I basically went with "What would happen if Star Trek and other typical sci-fis use technology in a way it makes sense".
