Home Town and kingdom: As a child, he grew up in a village known as Mizu; filled with families of fishermen.

Personality: He rarely cares, and within anger he shows his wrathful intent towards his enemies. He is very protective of his woman, though, personally, he thinks other men can protect themselves. Blood-curdling screams are lullabies to him.

Personal Philosophy summed up in 1-2 sentences: It spreads an stirrs, opening the eyes of the others around you. The cockyness that radiates from most people insutls me, even if they're part of my family. It shames the name and brings dishonor to it. Death no longer terrifys men. Blood is as common as the smell of white plums, so he creates slavery and savaery which surpass the horror of dying. This can only be fought with more blood shed, and the cycle, never ends. Humanity is a disease.

Training:(if any): He has trained in a swordsman style called Hitsen Mitsirugi. This increases speed and strength, even more far than he already has increased power.

Magical proficiency: Using the unknown magic of Mizu No Maho, magic that allows the user to create and manipulate water and its creatures. Though he has not mastered it, he can beat most people with it. 

Chi proficiency and Techniques:

Weapons/Gear: He has a long, thin satchel that is a baby blue, decorated with sakura petals and flowers. In the inside of it, a fourteen ft. long obsidian black blade is standing upright.

Skills: His unique dragon, fish like scales allow him to stick to most surfaces humans can not. He is also, easily, able to breathe underwater.

Other abilities: With a thought, he can summon his Dragon, Ryu, who is a tall, muscular onxy dragon with crimson optics, his scales and bodily structure covered with an unknown water that can break most swords and cancel magic with Zy-karo gems stuck in it. 

Weaknesses: He is unable to live for long in completely dry areas.. His cockiness in fights is sometimes his downfall. 

Back story: He was created by the fishermen married couple, Joki [father] and Sakana [Mother]. Soon after he had grown to a five-year old, his parents were killed by law inforcements in the area of Mizu which was just outside Zhu. With vengeance, he removed them from his house by continuosly scratching at them with the talons at his digits. He was soon taken in my more law inforcements for hand to hand and sword fighting training. [To be continued in the story]
