[@ReaptheMusic] Half elf is not on the list and there is not list to combine any of the races. Those that are listed are the only approved races, not combinations of even if half-elf was listed. (Which it isn't.) 

And Experiment is not running this Rp, and as is stated in the rules, this is DnD based, not DnD law. So arguing semantics is futile.

I have what is allowed listed, simple as that. 

And yes while believable by DnD standards, from someone that has been dming DnD for decades, it isn't approved by this Dm/Gm - which anyone who DnD's knows is the final say.
