Just so you know, they ditched Vault 43's jumpsuits a long time ago; the formality of the pastimes was harvested into Vault 43 and thus they had replaced the odd jumpsuits with formal attire. But if that is actually too over the top then Quinn is wearing a normal Vault 43 Jumpsuit but if you say yes, he is wearing the outfit from Spectre whenever he is in his lab...

And yes, of course, most suits that are fitted are changed a bit, made for the outside so there are changes to the suit he is wearing but...I am thinking of that. Due to the Vault's intelligence they will have some things flashy or considered flashy to Wastelanders- almost institute tier but dimmed down to -1 rank in Institute terms. 

The suits themselves include a tracker, ( For Vault 43's use only )

Air Conditioned Jacket - The Vault itself is in an air-conditioned environment, this was made for the Volunteers that went outside the Vault. The Systems for the coolers were simple, there were four small fans within the jacket and would be activated ( I was thinking through radio signals ) through Quinns Pipboy. [/hider]
