From your app, I assume Great Britain reunited much faster than France did/is. In that case, I'm sure a British declaration of protection over Normandy would help you out, especially if you allow us to station troops in your territory :)

Do you plan to reunite France, or stay an independent country? Either way, we can go and colonise stuff together if you like.
