we've had a real problem with scalpers for the past three years. it wouldn't be so bad because they used to just buy tickets and sell them to other people, but it seems with the Star Wars movie they buy the tickets and then photocopy them. the ones that get photocopied can't be scanned by our machines and then we get yelled at. when we ask where they bought the tickets they yell at us, "We shouldn't worry about it." to many of the customers credit they do tell us where they got the tickets from, but that's only 5% of them.  We have a huge sign on the doors and in the ticket booths that tell the customers where they can buy tickets. the signs could be bleeding and on fire and they still wouldn't see it.
