So, Aquaman, Deadpool, Swamp/Man Thing, and Loki are approved. Waiting on Gowi and Sloth to finish their CS's before accepting their other characters.

I'm a bit split on Ultraman. I think what's there is fine, but I don't think the character has much potential as a villain other than "I'm mad and going to punch stuff".

As for the Yellow Ringed Scarecrow and Blue Ringed Captain America, I'd hold off on that. Especially the Cap one. Seems like too much of an important character to change that drastically. Also, the Yellow Lanterns have been extinct for eons, so Crane definitely wouldn't be one yet. I'm going to get a Lantern CS up tomorrow though that might help you nail something down.
