First one is broken as hell. Its borderline immortal. Smack that thing with Axe of Despair or the like and reap.
If its attack was what like 1700 or the like (something less to compensate for that effect) then I could see it in a duel But 2600 attack My god.

Brron is again Broken. (their is a reason CHANGE Of heart is banned. but taking all of them at once jesus.) also its attack is basically infinity +1 Opponant has a card with infinite attack. According to this card. this card is basically infinite +1. Broken

Sniper is a little iffy. but its the least overpowered of what you just listed

maybe because for some reason this SD comes with 7 limited cards including limiter remover which is OPAF in a 4k duel given one cyber dragon direct attack, drop limiter at damage step.

Both of his Decks are like that. They just contain way to many good cards... not enouth crap ones or ones that an't as good as other cards.

I did all my approval through PM though I am willing to take Card Crush Virus and Ring of Destruction out. If I do that I will also change Heavy Mech Support Platform to something else too since that was only thrown in that to support Card Crush Virus. Both of those Trap Cards were cards Seto Kaiba used. I think Zane's brother used Compulsory Evacuation Device and Exchange of the Spirit was one of Ishizu's cards I think. Not sure on that one. Since that one is not on the list anymore it shouldn't be much of a problem. I mean the only way you could use it quickly is to hope to draw it with Power Wall. That is one way to use though Power Wall was never an officially printed card and only appeared in the anime and console games.

Limiter Removal is a must for any Machine Type deck as it combines with other cards like Power Bond quite nicely.

There, I swapped Ring of Destruction and Card Crush Virus out for Grave Robber and Magic Jammer. Also switched in Mirage Dragon to replace Heavy Mech Support Unit.

Since you requested I pulled out two of those cards and replaced them with other cards I am very familiar with and use quite often.

Anyway, his sister got assigned to the Earth Dorm so you'll see her more than anything. The reason Shinrei got assigned to the Light Dorm is he is a former World Circuit Duelist. Hopefully that clears up some confusion there.

Phoo... Tell you what, I'll allow the similarity so far under a small condition. Your characters don't participate in the placement duels, instead, because of Shinrei's status he got automatically assigned to the Light dorm and his sister to the Earth dorm, since she is still relatively new. The academy supplied them with these cards, because they actually do want these two to perform well this year. Can you agree on that?

I do not expect Shinrei will be acknowledging anyone when he arrives. He has a particular hate for dependency and is quite stubborn about it too. I'm sure quite a few people will recognize him though; however, despite that he doesn't particularly care. He's very selfish and self-reserved ignoring most people. It will be interesting if anyone tries to pester him into acknowledging them. He is not completely like Seto Kaiba meaning he doesn't put people down or trash talk them. He just shows a lack of interest in them. Kind of one of those kinds of people who like to mind their own business and for other people to go away and leave him alone if you know what I mean. I doubt being a girl magnet will change how he approaches things, heh.

Use a site like Random.org after assigning each of your cards a number.

RNG 5 and thats your hand then you keep RNG a new number to draw.

However, Dueling Network should automatically randomise your deck for each match.
