well... well no... Because a Red Lantern has there blood switched with like napalm like substance right? So if she stops hating she'd die right? 
Confusing... But...

Might I suggest giving her a crippling fear? One which if found out or exploited could make her useless? I think I gave Sam one... I'll check, but fears and stuff can make good weaknesses.
