Okay, I don't have time to read all of that right now, so stand by on judgement there. Let's start with stats. I don't really know what Force Perception is going to do. The question you need to ask/answer is when you're going to roll for it. And I don't see many situations, as you described it, where you would roll that rather than an applicable skill(in your piloting example, youd just roll piloting any time you had a flying conflict). I might instead put the points in Far Seeing under the Force stat. It's a bit more specific, I have a character with the skill as well. It's used to search for things at a distance. It will largely have difficulty based rolls rather than conflict rolls. I think it fills the skill role you meant to with perception. I'm glad there's a pilot who can hang with David, now.
