So far, we have named the small nearby town, Little Helm, and have decided that dorms shall be named after Kings and Queens.

We also have a map for the basic room of the Freshman Dorms. We still need a map for Sophomores and Juniors and then Seniors and up. Altogether I'm thinking we'll have 1 Freshmen dorm, 1 Sophomore, 1 Junior, and 2 Senior dorms. This be said, all students can live in any of the dorms, but only Freshmen can stay in the freshmen dorm.

We still need NPCs and such. I'm making a master list of things that need doing on our pad and I can post it here as a master list on the OP. 

I'm sure I'll think of more things as we get the ball rolling.
