Of course but allowing for the expression of that soul in format that can alter physical reality even to a small degree is the real question. I'd think in a magic based anime the answer would be yes though perhaps aura and semblances would manifest is a slightly different way (perhaps as a stand in JoJo) but in an anime that is for the most part based on reality would Sapphire be able to use her aura and semblance?

You're already enough of an aberration by virtue of existing outside of your regular medium. I don't see why you powers shouldn't carry over, though perhaps that can serve as a plot point.
