I thought so, and nice to have you back. We actually need more prisoners as it helps moves them along and they need to be the largest. When we move to syncing the two timelines, you can opt to escape and become part of the rescuers later or get recaptured (or in some Player's choice, leave it to fate). It also makes her knowing Jayda is on board easier and informing Vebra, who is her adopted older brother and others. As well as meeting Jayda face to face. Btw Sish has already lost an arm due some sloppy actions and has to learn to control himself. Hehee.
I can't say I'm unhappy to hear about his missing arm. :P Anyway, this is a rough update of her character sheet. I'll PM you her secret along with the post I wrote of her first getting captured.
Name: Calista Praxon Species: Human Age: 23 Gender: Female Faction: Jedi Order Rank: Jedi Knight Master: Duran Kolar Captive? Yes
Appearance:
Blonde hair that reaches slightly below her ears and is kept back by pins, grey eyes. Slightly shorter than average height, but average weight. Wears the brown robe of a Jedi with a cream colored tunic, with brown leather boots and belt. Her lightsaber is a curved one with a purple blade.
Notable Characteristics of Species:
N/A
Flaws:
Low self-esteem Insecurity Perfectionist
Skills:
Excellent Makashi Duelist : Perhaps her best skill is with a lightsaber. Makashi dueling is not only a hobby for her, but a way to keep balance with her mind and body. She trained extensively on this as a Padawan, and still does as an adult. Fluency in Ul'Zabrak Due to her Master and time on Iridonia, she picked up some Ul'Zabrak, although she is rusty.
Force capabilities:
Psychometry : Calista can sense the history an object carries with it. The clarity of her psychometry depends on how often/recently the object was used, and if the object was used by one person or multiple people. She can sense conversations around it, to the emotions people felt around the object. Healing: She can heal minor cuts and bruises, stop bleeding, and fix minor bone fractures, but anything else is beyond her ability. Force push/pull: She cannot pull or push objects of an exceptionally large mass.
Biography:
The Force first manifested in her at the age of five when she used the Force to nearly push a bully off a cliff. This event frightened her very much not only because of the awakening of her powers, but because she nearly killed someone over something so little. Since then she resolved to control herself against a future outburst and from the temptations of the Dark Side. She trained under Master Durak Kolar, a Zabrak, who trained her to overcome the weaknesses in Makashi against his Ataru. While she was still a Padawan, she and her Master were sent to Iridonia to investigate the supposed murder of a Force sensitive Zabrak. She carries the Zabrak's Padawan braid to this day, tied around her wrist. After her ascent to Knighthood, she was waiting to be given her orders to leave the Temple on her first assignment. As it was attached, she never received them, and is now in need of rescue.
Personality and/or Motivation:
Calista strives to do what she can as a Jedi in the chaotic world that is the Galaxy. She is humble, though this can be to the point of self-bashing. But with a lightsaber, she feels more confidant in herself and her abilities. Calista wishes to be but a candle in the midst of the dark; a tiny source of light not great enough to expel all of the dark, but to provide light, warmth, and hope to those who need it most. She has a tendency of carrying an inner monologue with herself during conversation.
Long-term Goal
Calista wishes to live her life in service to the Jedi Order as an example and inspiration to others, and to be the best Makashi duelist that ever lived.
Relations
Jayda Mirthios: Calista has been holding on to her Padawan braid for many years, ever since she left Iridonia. She intends to give it back to her, along with delivering a message from her brother and news of her mother's death. She hopes to save her from whatever snares the Dark Side may have in her. The Sith: She does not hate the Sith, but she pities them. She believes they are trying to do what they think is best, however horribly misguided and destructive as that thinking is.
