That seems about right, however there is Umbraxis the Destroyer of Worlds! Thankfully he isn't a mass of tentacles... That was a reference. He's a cosmic being fully capable of ending all life as we know it and he's bored.

There's also this Pax Metahumana Villain who intends to set off a Super DNA bomb all over the country. He's one evil animal cracker.. Since he has an elongated neck.. Like a Giraffe.
