Sabine's pretty blunt when not on anything, and it's quite the same when she is.  Only difference is that her inhibitions are lowered, so if she wanted to try something, she wouldn't doubt herself.

She also has an intolerance of meth after her prolonged usage of it.  After she built up a tolerance,her body started adjusting to get her to achieve that "high" faster than even a first-timer, so you only have one post to make her do a few things before she completely blacks out from ODing.
