1) I believe the outbreak was only a few weeks in, according to the last conversation had about that.
2) I have been told some of the story but I can pass it along to another if need be. Whether I become a player in this again, is unknown, as I'm not quite sure.
3) It is pretty open for you. I played (playing?) a cursing Russian who had no regard for language. Violence also doesn't appear to have a cap.
