Well there's a lot that has happened so you can also ask around. Basically though, most of the heroes are stationed in the universe of Arcadia-2, via the city of Eastgate, where shit has just gotten down a little bit. Its a futuristic city, think the city of Tomorrowland. 

Arcadia-1 is a ruined modern world where the Alliance of Conquerers are stationed. Most of the villains are there.
