-For medic middle sis. To be honest I'd judge Mystical palm as something that can be gauged. A rank being perfect mastery, you can heal even a bite from a Walking Dead zombie. Yeah top tier. I suppose that's about right? 
Poison mist is pretty nasty. Instant kill gasses are a no go. I heavily recommend having a different effect or simply nerfing it.
And yeah Game only moves should be custom. We're not fan of those. 

-For tryhard younger sister. Okay the Body flicker thing won't do for all three of us you get the point. 
Dendou Bakuhatsu no Jutsu (Electric Detonation Technique) - There's something called Lightning release clone that does that. It's A rank/ I assume the electrocution is much weaker?
Rest seems fine. 

I don't know if I'm being a hardass, I'm mostly pointing out details because I'm a tryhard scrub. They're all good though so approved if you quickly address the dumb things I say. C:
