[@RainDash]I don't know what would draw your thief in, but I feel like my paladin would object to his actions. He wouldn't do anything more than that and after objecting once he would back off and just be casual again. He would probably be friends as he sees the thief as someone to convert and as someone that could be useful later on. Plus if he grew up in a strict castian family, thiefs would seem like a lot of fun to him and be someone he would like to have as a friend. Not sure how you want your thief to feel, but the snarky attitude shouldn't be a problem for the paladin. As long as the thief doesn't mind being ignored slightly if he gets too snarky. For meeting I like the roomate thing a little more, the training partners could work just as well and if you have any other ideas I'm open to them. If there's a third person that is more in the middle of us we could both be friends with that person and meet that way. Any way we do this is fine with me.
