What, I thought the weatherman started before you left? He's a murderer of [@Bozo]'s creation that only comes out when it rains, and we've all given him permission to kill off our minor characters at his discretion (which is why I think we all made so many minor characters, because for some reason we all want him to have plenty of people to kill). He is the one responsible for Shou's formers lady's death and the reason Oliver quit the force, because he couldn't catch him.

Some of us has even given him permission to harm our main character's, but I don't think anyone aggreed to have their main character full on killed (yet!). His profile is in the character tab with Oliver Holland.
