Aelia Stark
She didn't want to deal with the police, either. Knowing her, she would probably panic in their presence, and that would probably make her look much more suspicious than she was. Aelia allowed Erick to take her hand and lead her out of the cafe, remaining quiet as he did so. The strange man from before was standing near the door, and she did not dare make eye contact with him. Who knew; maybe he was the reason the man died. Maybe he was just luring them to a place so he could kill them all? Another tremble ran through her as she walked, watching the two men in front of her. Why was she going to two strange men's apartment? What if they kept her hostage, just like a horror movie? Aelia was basically quaking by the time she reached the apartment, her eyes beginning to fill with tears. At least the blonde guy, Alex, was rather friendly towards her, deeming that his house was her own as well. They looked neighborly enough... maybe she should trust them a little more than she already was. She tried to stop shivering, taking a seat on the couch as she glanced warily around the home. It was certainly a nice house to live in. Her own was around the same size, but it was cozy enough for her. "I appreciate the help," Aelia spoke softly at first, glancing up at Alex. However, as she spoke, her mind and body began to recognize that she was indeed safe and her voice gained volume. "I don't want to stay for too long. Maybe for a day or so. I don't want to be thought of as a leech." Her eyes blinked once more, gazing up at Erick. "We should probably call the number on that business card," she pointed out, resting her hands on her lap. "Maybe the person knows more than we do."
