The different tint of text in the race section (Or I guess all of it on review) is meant to denote races we cannot use? This is backed up by the age restriction in the CS-skele. [s]I guess my question is if the Sha' are on the table as a playable race.[/s]

In the third paragraph(section) of the 'Welcome to Aldergard' section, the first sentance ends short. However, I imagine it spells out to be that you'll be hand-picking candidates for the rp.
