I'm inclined to agree, yes. Miraluka as a whole are [i]always[/i] Force-sensitivity. Now the strength of said Force-sensitivity ranges from individual-to-individual, but it is a constant variable. 

If he edits him then we can give him another look-over. But as he is now, I don't think we can accept him -shrug-.
