Well, I don't think she knows him well enough for her to do that. She would just tell him thank you for alleviating her pain a bit. Even though he didn't remove it all he did help get her under control. Besides, Tsukiko hasn't allowed anyone's skin to touch her lips aside from kissing her father on the cheek. She isn't the type that would do that anyway. She's a bit more cautious. Luckily she didn't kick or punch him, because under normal circumstances she hates it when people see her like that. This time Ben was an exception to the rule, because his words had warmth to them where she allowed him to get closer to her. I think I will leave the rest to the IC.
