That's an interesting idea, but to keep your character from being too powerful, you would have to specify which attributes were affected. For example, if she was at peak human performance in ALL of her physical attributes, then she would be too powerful. But if it was, say, only her strength and endurance, or only her speed and agility, or only her five senses, then that would be acceptable. Those aren't the only limitations, they are examples. Any combination of physical traits would work, as long as there was a certain limit to them.
