I do adore these series, simply because if you want to know every little detail about a House, or a region, this does the trick...plus you know, the voiceovers are always excellent. Comparing Garland, he's not your typical thick-headed male member of the family as I think it would have been in times past, but it definitely shows that Alerie is the one to watch; the family's been technically matriarchal, for crying out loud. Just as they say though...just ask the Gardeners how being a loyal steward went for the Tyrells.
