"Yeah, I'm good." Collin sighed. "This guy shows up and does the matrix, meanwhile I have a phasing ability that only affects one part of my body." Collin faked a smile, but his defeated expression was prominent. Ever since he saw the first power, he felt more and more inadequate to the rest of the group. He felt completely out of place in this room full of people with miraculous powers.
[i]Well, like I said, at least some of the people were alright.[/i] He looked to Evangeline, who had the same sense of humor as him and was really fun to talk to in general. His gaze went to Lavi, and he lightened up a little bit, thinking more of the positives lightened him up.
