Personality: Damien is somewhat a ladies man. It is apparent what kind of life he lives outside of school just by looking at his possessions. He drives a Lamborghini for crying out loud. However, when he is at work, he is a professional. As professional as one can be around fun and explosive chemicals. That's right. He is one of 'those' teachers. A teacher that does anything they can to win students over. Damien's way in... is via explosions. The reason why he chose to apply for a job at the academy, was because it is a place where everyone will want to learn, so he hopes.

History: Damien comes from no really special background. He grew up with a normal family, in a normal house in England. He went to university like anyone else and got a degree, before training to become a teacher. Thats wasnt the special part. At around the age of 22, a relative of Damien died, and left him a considerable sum of money. When I say considerable, I mean 100 million smackeroonies. It was his great grandfather. Damien stopped teaching for a year, and let his spending spree begin. Before long, he became bored of his money. The best thing he could do with it? Give half to charity, and that's what he did. He returned to teaching, and before long was head hunted for the academy. He couldn't really turn down the offer. 
So here we are, first year on the job. The academy.
