Based off from Coby and Smoker after time skip, any way.

So, you'd definitely be below Captain Rank. A captain is in charge of only one ship, like pirates.

I'm not very familiar with Marine rankings, but I think Junior Lieutenant would do. Seems to fit in regards to the basic power level that everyone would have to start out with.

Edit: I just remembered Smoker is actually Vice- Admiral rank, my bad. Still, I think Junior Lieutenant is the best choice here, compared to what Coby could do.
