I'd stick Seikima-II on the list too if it wasn't such a pain in the ass to get any of their stuff outside Japan. XD

But yeah, as far as Japanese bands go, X-Japan, Loudness, Galneryus, Dir En Grey and stuff like that are a shoe-in at least.  And western bands would probably be proggy stuff like Opeth, Dream Theater et all.  Hmmm...
