Personality: Cold as the town she comes from, Alorena trusts few. Even if someone were to get close to her, she would consistently test them. The only living things that garner her love are pokemon. While she loves all pokemon, Kuishi, Lys, and Zaga are special to her. She will defend them as fiercely as they do her.

History: Alorena was born in the city of Snowbelle in the Kalos region. Her mother runs the boutique while her father was a trainer at the Snowbelle Gym. He was murdered and left in the pokemon forest when she was five. Shortly after, her mother got with some shady character. Alorena felt her mother had her father killed, but could never prove it.

In the five years that passed, Alorena was beaten several times by her now stepfather. Her mother never tried to stop him, and sometimes joined in. Upon turning ten she was bequeathed a single pokeball containing a Pokemon. It was from her father. He knew how much she loved pokemon herself and wanted her to go on her own journey. Inside the pokeball was a young(lvl 5) shinx, her fathers favorite pokemon. Alorena couldn't help but cry.

Alorena's happiness was short lived. Her stepfather immediately tried to take the feline from her. She fought him with all the strength she could muster until he backhanded her. The shock he received from the shinx, was delivered so suddenly, he could only sit and stare. Crying, this time from the pain, the child and pokemon fled the house and town, into the world.

Thirteen years later, she finds herself in Orre, looking forward to greater challenges than Kalos could provide.
