Not if you take into account the sheer amount of power and influence the Hawthorne's have. 

Okay, since I didn't have this planned out, I didn't say anything, but I was thinking this: Something is happening to Caelbury, something corrupt. This isn't just about a school anymore, it's about politics, hate, revenge. Acacia is just the easiest target to bring everything crumbling down.
