OK so, the alliance of conquerors is trying to set up a base, but keeps getting attacked. 

Nova and his group are meeting with the goa'uld. Though the group is splintered, with part of the group trapped in Arcadia-2

The dark outliners are the most well off faction, with the ability to travel between universes easily, and having an entire universe to themselves. Which has a separate sub dimension that they go to when they die, as long as they are in that universe.

Then the inkvasion group is just messing around. They aren't very important right now, though they are mostly for comedic relief.
