Something I should probably write out just for completionists' sake.
Miviun is a god with a few titles. He has also been called the god of pity, the god of orphans and the god of nurturing. In a way, these are all true. The stories go that Miviun was formerly a minor warrior god that had grown weary of battle. One day the god descended upon the ravages of a village, destroyed by a terrible battle. He was beset by the sight of the orphans the battle had left in its wake. He descended upon them, and bullt them a new village, hidden away from the world. He surrounded the village with a barrier that warded any that would endanger the village, This was the first of Miviun's havens. It is not exactly known how many of these havens exist. They are all hidden within woods or valleys. Only on the outskirts of the village, a small shrine of miviun can be found. Villages that leave offerings here will not be bothered and children that reach adulthood will seek out these villages and work there. Villages that do not leave offerings will have to cope with the pestering and stealing of the children. Unfortunate children of any age can come and live in the villages, where they are raised by older children until the age of 14. At this point they will have to work and contribute to the village. Children are allowed to leave once they reach eighteen, but have to leave before their twenty-first. Oh, it's also said that Miviun has a gambling problem, don't tell the kids.
