No, dust can be fused to your body through an actual process that probably takes time and practice to master and it looked like you had to only have one type of dust in there.

But the ability to almost instantly assimilate dust like that, and being able to do it with any kind......that's on a whole different level

EDIT: It's also incredibly dangerous to someone Like Jimmy, who uses dust as his primary weapon....scary..
