Here are two alien animal species that I managed to get up now. More will certainly be on the way.

Fulkor

"Slasher"
Appearance: Much like their prehistoric Earth counterparts, Fulkors are very raptor-like in design, and can grow up to six feet tall. They have beige skin and light aquamarine stripes (the toxic-spitter subspecies have dark purple stripes) and also have multiple tiny eyes on their lower jaw, with eight on each side. This allows them to have spider-like vision and can look at more then one direction, having a 90 degree angle of view. Their lower mandibles can pierce and slice flesh with ease. They also have four arms lined with nasty claws, as well as a sickled claw on each foot. Found: Umoha IV Diet: Meat; both large and small prey Abilities: Fulkors are fast and nimble creatures, going at speeds up to 35 miles per hour with their long legs. They are known to jump up to a maximum height of 8 feet high. Their claws are useful at slicing through flesh and their mandibles are used to pierce through the throats of their prey. Usually they rely on their keen sense of smell to find their prey, but are also known to be sensitive hearers. A subspecies of Fulkor has also been known to spit toxic saliva at their prey, which on contact with skin, begin to dissolve skin, tissue, and even bone. Luckily it cannot dissolve metal. Biology: Fulkors can live in many environments, but they work best in steamy jungles and sparse woodland. They can also be found patrolling the deserts and plains as well. Behavior: If you happen to encounter a Fulkor walking by, chances are that more are nearby. Fulkors are pack animals, usually living in social packs up to eight or more. They are also quite aggressive, usually attacking anything on sight. However, they are also known to be highly intelligent beings, coordinating their attacks in a geniously affective manner. One must be on the lookout when encountering a pack of these hunters. Danger Level: 3 (if alone), 4 (if spitter kind), and 7 (in a pack)

Qualgath

"Gentle Giant"
Appearance: Standing at 15 feet tall, Qualgaths are the giraffes of their ecosystems, only without the necks. Their backs are covered with hard plates that are hard to puncture, along with a two 6-foot structures sticking out of their shoulders, while their bellies are coated with long, burly, hair, ranging from their chest to the end of their tail. They have two black, beady, eyes on each side, along with a hard fin-like structure under his chin, and two sharp tusks on each side. They also have two sharp bony teeth sticking from their lower jaw. Their tongue is thin, yet long, with three feathery feelers on the tip. Found: Originally found wild on Umoha IV, they are now located on many agricultural-based planets as a domesticated breed. Diet: Plants; mostly shrubbery and trees; also like some fruits Abilities: The Qualgath's size makes it a large and difficult target to take down, unless you have some help. They can run up to 30 miles per hour and can swim in water quite well. Their armor keeps their back from getting pierced and their tusks and plates are used for goring and ramming each other during mating season. A Qualgath cow also produces blue milk, which is a favorite commodity in the marketplace. Their meat is also a staple meal too, often eaten as a steak and is also good in stew. Biology: Wild Qualgaths usually live on the open plains and light woodlands, though they don't mind colder temperate locations. Behavior: Qualgaths are usually very peaceful, acting very much like cattle and bison. Wild ones often migrate from location to location in search of fresh food and water, which can also depend on the seasons too. During mating season however, male Qualgath's hormones rise as they compete for females in fierce battles with one another. At that stage, they are very dangerous to get near to, but not as dangerous as approaching a female guarding her calves. But overall, they are peaceful creatures and will usually run when predators, such as Falkors, are chasing them. If a body of water is nearby, they will head towards it to invade from them. Danger Level: 3 (if calm), 6 (if angered or spooked)
