In 2002, phenomena happened all over the world that were soon dismissed as mass hysteria. The Digimon returned to the Digital World, and began a new life away from their human friends. Digimon continued to be a worldwide phenomenon. However, cybercrime and cyberterrorism have been an ever-increasing problem.

Then contact was made with the Digital World once again. Although only fourteen years passed on Earth, millenia had passed in the Digital World. The realm was peaceful, led by Yggdrasil and protected by his thirteen Royal Knights. A deal was brokered between Earth governments and the Digital World, allowing humans and Digimon to use the Digital World's direct access to the internet to apprehend cyberterrorists and cybercriminals.

But there has been a disturbing trend as of late: more and more criminals have partnered up with Digimon. Tamers and DigiDestined are needed once again to protect the human and Digital worlds.

2- No godmodding. This includes using/injuring/killing another person's character eithout their permission, pulling off impossible feats (even for Digimon), etc.

Personality: Percy is a very sarcastic but private individual. He is most commonly known for using comedy, sarcasm or just changing the topic to avoid talking about himself, his partner or anything else unless trivial. Of the little known about him, he is prone to helping those in need. Usually he does this by giving money to the homeless but he has been known to jump into a fight if he sees that it is unbalanced (such as 3 on 1) But for the most part he keeps to himself. Percy is someone who is always smiling and laughing and trying to make others laugh, especially when the mood is grim.
