[@Mortarion][@Trigani] I think I'll go with Halo, it just seems like it would be easier to make a gritty war story. Don't get me wrong, I love Mass Effect but the reaper war wasn't actually that long in canon (not that I'm aware of). 

If you are interested I think the Halo RP would start in the early years of the Human-Covenant War. Like 2529 during the Harvest campaign.
