It depends. I have quite a few mid-tier characters that I could easily take on high-tier characters and enjoy it. It's not about winning. It's about the experience and the fun. Especially if you can control 2 or 3 mid tier characters at once while attacking with your allies, to me that sounds like organized war. A challenge for both sides.

I mean, technically I'm controlling 10 characters at once, due to the variations of the split original SEED.
