[color=fff200]"Corvus says hello to you and Eridanus."[/color] The tiny girl beamed constantly when she talked. She was like her own light source. Maddie found it intoxicating, if not a little overwhelming. 

[color=00a651]"Ah, Corvus. Archon of Time and overall nice person. Say hi back."[/color] Maddie scrunched her nose up at the idea. She turned slightly away from Haven and addressed Eridanus. 

"No. You say hi to Corvus. I'm not your [i]messenger[/i]. How have you guys not been able to figure out a way to communicate with each other yet?" As they entered the meeting room, she turned back to Haven, hoping the girl wasn't put off by the fact that Maddie was talking to herself. "So this is a little weird, right? I was just minding my own business at work and this necklace was sent to me," she gestured to the gem that hung around her neck, "and the next thing I know. I'm waking up on the floor with no idea what happened. Then Eridanus starts telling me all this crazy shit about the end of everything as we know it. How crazy is that, right?" She paused to look at Haven but the girls eyes looked somewhat glassed over. Maddie noticed others were starting to make their way into the room. She glanced back at Haven. "Are you from, uh.....where are you from?" She hoped her question would be innocent enough but looking at the others, the answer could be more surprising than she was expecting.
