Unlike Papyrus, Sans didn't even answer the questions as they came. He just looked at Kim as she belted out question after question, then says "yep." And then doesn't say anything at all, waiting for Papyrus or Kim to say something. "WELL, COME ALONG NOW SANS! WE NEED TO FIND SOMETHING TO ENTERTAIN THIS CHILD SO THAT SHE STOPS PLAGUING US WITH THESE QUESTIONS!"
