Not to seem self centered but I believe Falk was referring to my character specifically.
Stop me if I'm over stepping my bounds @LadyRunic but this is how the Tuatha fit into fae society from my perspective.
As the leaders of the fae in ancient times they have certain immutable rights set down in fae law but because there are so few of them left and they are completely marginalized by society and often killed with little to no provocation they don't draw attention to themselves by exorcizing those rights.
Raven presents a unique case in that regard. She actively claims the rights due her and because she possesses the ancient sword of the Tuatha no one wishes to challenge her because the legends surrounding the sword say that the wielder cannot be bested in combat.
That's the problem Falk is referring to with regard to her. She is effectively openly defying the authority of the courts even though she regularly avails all the rulers of whatever her unique skill set can provide.
Just so everyone's aware of what the political discussion is about.
