My biggest issue isn't so much other people but more myself. It feels like 99% of the time I know what I want to write but I can't put it into words. Its feels like I am trying to use a foreign language at times.
For me, half the time I actually had to mentally translate what I want to write to English... The woe of being multilingual.
[@HaleyTheRandom] To answer Haley, there's....virtually nothing that original anymore. It is a pain in the gonads to be accused of plagiarism yes, but the thing is alot of writers plagiarize without even knowing. Sure they could try to spruce it up and add their own original ideas to a tried and tested formula, but when it all comes down to it, a pig with makeup is still a pig...just now with a crossdressing fetish andNOIDON'TKNOWWHATI'MGOINGONABOUTGOAWAY! The point is, it's difficult for many writers to come up with anything that is 100% smack-dab original, and yes, while there are a ton of talented writers here on RP, I still find myself saying sometimes I know I've seen this somewhere before.
I dunno about you guys, but I believe that there is no such thing as absolute originality. Unless you're capable to churning out something out of completely nothing, even the most talented writers have to get their inspirations from something/somewhere/someone that are already in existence. Also, there are things called "common sense", "social norm", "humanity" etc. that are the cage to our creativity - in which many people have tried to break them, but we still continue to live our lives within the walls of these rules.
